Processing
Sanlian Machinery specializes in providing high-precision, durable block molds. Each mold undergoes rigorous processing to ensure quality and production efficiency. We meticulously detail every detail during our manufacturing process, striving to provide our customers with the best product experience.
Design and Drafting
CAD/CAM technology is used for simulation and optimization during design, ensuring structural rationality and standardized design. Material selection and processing are tailored to each specific mould.
Mould Materials
Block moulds are made from specialized mould steel materials (such as manganese steel, alloy steel, and Hardox steel). These materials meet requirements for wear resistance, toughness, high-temperature resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance, resulting in a long service life and reduced maintenance and replacement costs.
Precision Machining
High-precision CNC equipment ensures dimensional accuracy of mould. Different equipment, such as gantry machining center: CNC machines, wire cutting machines, and milling machines, is used to process mould cavities based on the specific requirements of each mould.
Heat Treatment Process
Temperature and time are precisely controlled during heat treatment processes such as tempering, quenching, and carbonitriding. The surface hardness of the steel material can reach 60-64 HRC or higher, with a hardness gradient of 1.5mm. This enhances the mould's hardness, wear resistance, toughness, and shock resistance, ensuring durability and the quality of block products.
Precision Assembly
The mould is fully assembled through processes such as welding reinforcement performed by assembly fitters.
Fine Finishing
Gantry milling and gantry CNC equipment are used for precision finishing of surfaces, peripheral dimensions, installation holes, and synchronous drilling for positioning.
Quality Inspection Stage
Each manufacturing step undergoes strict quality checks by professional inspectors to ensure proper weld seams, appropriate bolt tightness, and compliance of cavity peripheral dimensions.
EX-Factory Debugging
Each mould undergoes precise debugging and comprehensive testing (including key indicators such as load capacity and demoulding performance) to ensure efficient and stable operation after leaving the factory.
Final Inspection and Protection
After de burring, polishing, and inspection, the mould is painted, coated with anti-rust oil, and packaged, completing the full set of processes.
